5 of the 9 Supreme Court Justices were appointed by presidents who lost the popular vote. This cannot stand. At minimum, a new proportional representation government should choose 9 justices based on proportional representation.
The scope of the Supreme Court's power vis-a-vis judicial review also needs to be reconsidered, though we have no position on that at the moment. We also have no position on increasing the amount of Supreme Court justices.
